Had to come over, because we had issues with our rental van. They began fixing our fridge and water tap immediately. Explained to us what was happening, didn‘t take to long, could even sit down in the shade. did it in such a short time. great service, great communication, great people.

Great service from the two friendly people in the office. Went out of their way to be helpful thanks Sharron and Paris.

Lester Bulmer

The team was really helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Despite being on Friday afternoon, they squeezed us in and fixed our door. It was really cost effective too. Highly recommend this business.

Rob Brown

Had a problem with gas fridge, popped in to see if they could assist. Although they were very busy they had someone check it over and manage to repair. Excellent service and very reasonable rates

We have used City Motorhomes & Caravans on several occasions for servicing our van and for replacement parts. We have always found the team to be helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond with their customer service. If you want great service and genuine care for any work on your camper or caravan, I would highly recommend using their team.

Thank you City Motorhomes and Caravans for replacing my damaged satellite dish. What a wonderful team to deal with from the reception staff through to the service staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and super efficient. James demonstrated and explained everything about the workings of the new dish. I felt they went the extra mile. I highly recommend them.
