Contact Your Insurance Company or Broker

Lodge a new claim with your insurer and let them know that CMHC will be your chosen repairer.

Contact CMHC

Call us on 09 4382479 to arrange a time to bring your Caravan or Motorhome in for an assessment.

If available, please bring us the claim number and insurance details to help us manage your claim.

Detailed Quote

CMHC will proceed with a digital quote. Our repairers will only require 15 – 20 minutes to assess your caravan or motorhome in person.

Book in for repairs

CMHC will then book you in for a repair date. Please note, this date may vary depending on parts availability or supplier lead times.

Repairs

Repairs can commence as soon
as we have insurance authorisation. CMHC look forward to seeing you on your booking date.

Depending on the extent of the damage, repairs generally take 3-5 days to complete. Bigger jobs can take
up to 3-4 weeks.

Communication

We’ll keep you informed throughout the process. If anything additional is required or timeframes change, we’ll call or email you right away.

Completion

Once completed, any applicable insurance excess must be paid upon collection of your vehicle.
